One hundred speakers from 30 nationalities to speak at World Recources Forum (WRF)
19 Sep 2011 - 20 Sep 2011Some 100 scientists from all over the world will present their latest findings on resource management at the World Resources Forum, to be held in Davos, from 19 to 21 September 2011. They come from almost 30 countries as well as several international organisations.
Countries represented at this year's forum include Australia, Austria, Canada, Cameroon, China, Germany, India, Iran, Japan, Nigeria, Norway, Russian Federation, Serbia, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, the USA and many more. Expected number of participants is over 500.
Topics of the scientific sessions are security of supply, growth and innovation, assessment methods and indicators, as well as (new for 2011) the social dimension of resources, and communication and education. More Information
