A high level delegation of local and subnational governments' representatives, conveyed by UCLG and UN-Habitat, with support of CIties Alliance, will meet the Secretary General of the United Nations, Ban Ki Moon, in New-York on 23 April.

The delegation will present local and subnational governments' messages towards Rio+20 and their expectations for a global and inclusive reform of the international governance framework for sustainable development, that will include all levels of governance from international to local.
