The United Nations Centre for Regional Development (UNCRD), Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) of the Kingdom of Thailand, Ministry of the Environment of the Government of Japan (MoEJ), and United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN-ESCAP), jointly organized the Fifth Regional Environmentally Sustainable Transport (EST) Forum from 23 to 25 August 2010 in Bangkok, Thailand, as an input to Rio+20.
