On June 19th, Earth Charter International will be holding a half-day event ?Collaboration and dialogue on ethics, sustainability, and the Earth Charter?. The event will feature luminaries from the sustainable development field including Marina Silva, Maurice Strong, and Severn Suzuki, among others. In moderated panels, these and other international experts will discuss the importance of ethics and the Earth Charter for a sustainable future in the context of the Rio+20 conference on Sustainable Development. The event will be punctuated by musical performances and will culminate with a book launching and cocktail hour.
