Preparation and adoption of the SNCCC is obligation under UNFCCC and national legislation. It contains information on GHG inventory, scenarious, projections, GHG mitigation potential, vulnerability assessment of the most vulnerable sectors and other relevant information. Action plans on GHG mitigation and reduction of the vulnerability of the most vulnerable sectors are part of it.
