The meeting of African Energy Ministers allowed for a specific path to be drawn to concrete action to address energy poverty on the continent. Thie event focused on the outlines of a detailed set of proposals ? financial, and technical - to be refined in the Autumn and launched at COP17 at a high-level event in Durban.
