Mr. Sha Zukang, the Secretary-General for the UN Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio+20) will brief participants on the substantive preparations for Rio+20. In addition, information on logistical preparations for Rio+20 will be given by the Government of Brazil and lessons and experiences from the hosting of the World Summit on Sustainable Development in Johannesburg in 2002 will be shared.
