The one-day off-site side event, which is co-organized by IPLA, ISWA, Fiesp, ABRELPE, COMLURB, and UNCRD in conjunction with Rio+20, will provide presentations and discussion on the most critical issues currently dealt with in the area of solid waste management with a comprehensive and practical view to find out the ways and guidelines on the development of strategies and actions for moving towards low-carbon and zero waste societies.
